Confirmation registration form (2 pages)

Please be aware that any grade 7s and their families wishing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation in 2024, must ensure that they enroll with the parish in time for this year’s Confirmation preparation program. Students are required to attend the full eight (8)-week formation program to become ready to receive the sacrament of Confirmation.
